My Account
How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
 

Returns/Exchanges

OfficePrivacy.com is happy to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. However, returned merchandise will only be accepted for return if accompanied by a Return Authorizaton Merchandise number. To receive your RMA number, please complete and submit the RMA Request Form found on this page.

Please note that merchandise received more than 30 days after purchase will not be accepted for return. Merchandise must be in its original condition with original packaging. Shipping fees are not refundable unless the item was damaged during shipping. A full refund will be given for returned items, less the shipping cost. For items received as part of our Free Shipping offer, refunds will be reduced by to cover original shipping andl handling costs.

Refunds can only be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase. A merchandise credit will be issued in the case of gift items. If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the shipping cost to send the new item to you. If the new item is more expensive than the original item, your credit card will be charged for the difference. If the new item is less expensive than the original item, a credit will be issued to your credit card.

RMA Request Form

If you placed an order with OfficePrivacy.com and would like to return an item for a refund, please review our Return Policy and then complete the following form. If your order qualifies for a return, your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions will be emailed to you. Items will not be accepted for return without an RMA.

When will my order ship?

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order.
